D.L. Mechanical was established in 1990, Derwin L. Williams, owner of D.L. Mechanical, has managed a successful central ohio construction, plumbing & design company for over 20 years. We are a licensed, insured and bonded with several types of licenses, which allows D.L.Mechanical to become your special project contractor & full service construction company.
At present, we have contracts in progress for hotels, commercial & residential. In addition we work on major residential and commercial exterior and interior renovations. We have designed built stores, restaurants, and churchs, commercial and residential buildings. There are many home warranty company contracts that require our daily services. Currently we have current contracts with the Holiday Inn, Comfort Inn, Radisson Inn, Fairfield Inn, Super 8 and other hotels all over Ohio and other states, some clients whom request our services weekly. Some of our other clients have been the Greater Linden Development Corporation, City of Columbus to renovate inner city homes, State Metro Parks Compact Corporation.Between many minor repair and remodeling projects that we receive short-term projects on a daily basis, we also bid on many City of Columbus Housing, Community Development projects & Private projects. We have maintained a good standing rating with the Better Business Bureau. We have received several awards for our construction projects.
